for anyone living with a cancer diagnosis
in Shrewsbury & Telford
Kindly funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support, I Can Dance classes classes are open to anyone living with a cancer diagnosis, whatever stage of your journey. These free sessions are light-hearted and relaxed and offer you the chance to access a fun, friendly and uplifting dance experience.
These welcoming classes are open to complete beginners and those with some dance experience; - what ever your level , you will find the choreography easy to pick up and a joy to dance.
While the classes aim to increase activeness expect a moderate pace of exercise - this means that your heart will beat a little faster as well as shine a little brighter! As with any new exercise programme, please ensure that you have consulted with your medical professional if you are unsure about whether you are well enough to participate.
