Hello!  I’m Sarah Bright  - a passionate and versatile dance teacher with over 20 years of experience choreographing and teaching dance to adults and children across community, school, and professional settings.

Dance has always been my constant source of joy — my reset button, my energy boost, and the thing that lights me up! That feeling is exactly why I teach. My aim is to help others experience the same uplift: to have fun, release stress, move to great music, and enjoy that natural, feel-good “dance high.”

In every class, I create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and able to express themselves. Building confidence, encouraging creativity and positivity , and helping people feeling better for dancing is at the heart of what I do.
